Workers’ Compensation

Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Care provides the highest quality of orthopedic care for the injured worker. Each of our specialists is experienced in treating operative and nonoperative work-related musculoskeletal injuries. At AOSC, our main focus is to expedite the patient’s safe return to work. Therefore, priority appointments are provided for injured workers. When contacting our workers’ compensation department, we ask that the following information be provided: the names of the insurance company, adjuster and case manager as well as the date of injury, claim number and employer information. After the employee is evaluated, an assessment and treatment plan will be sent to the adjuster and case manager within two business days. The patient’s work status and a summary of suggested care will be provided at the initial visit. Surgical and/or testing requests will be submitted in a timely fashion and approval for such requests should be submitted to AOSC on company letterhead. Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Care offers X-ray and MRI services on site, thus aiding in the quick diagnosis and treatment of the injured worker.

Independent Medical Examinations are crucial in determining an employee’s ability to return to work. With more than two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Daniel Troy provides thorough, objective reports in a timely manner.
